Ina Brockriede has given much thought and research time to the study of women's history, especially the forces that shaped women's status and perpetuate their position in various socieities. For many years she has been inviting groups of women to her house to discuss the role of women and other topics
China is another main interest Ina has. She enjoys sharing what she has learned over years spent studying China. Books continue to be written now with the advantage of newly released materials. Learning about Chinese history continues to be a driving force in her life; it has been her main interest in the decades since her retirement from teaching. She is happy to share her knowledge.
