Kate Favaro, C.T., a native Adirondacker and graduate of SUNY Potsdam, has worked for Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley for four years. Normalizing conversations about end-of-life planning, death, dying, and grief has become an unforeseen passion of hers. When not doing this work or supporting individual grievers she can be found by the lake with her golden retriever and a good book or adding stamps to her well-worn passport.
