Tom French is the author of the award-winning book, River Views: A History of the 1000 Islands in 3-D, a collection of 19th Century stereoviews with an enclosed collapsible 3-D viewer. (His collection of local Victorian era stereo views exceeds 1500.) His work has been featured in Adirondack Life, Mac|Life, The Watertown Daily Times, and the website: Thousand Island Life.com (www.thousandislandslife.com), and North Country Public Radio. Tom maintains the website: www.riverstories.org where he features many of the recordings, old home movies, and photographs that he has collected.
Tom teaches English in Massena, NY.
