Mary Jane Watson is a member of the Colton Historical Society and the St. Lawrence Historical Association. She has been active in the Raquette River Blueway Corridor Project which seeks to make the Raquette River a regional tourist destination. She has done extensive research on the history of the Raquette River, including participating in the Raquette River oral history project in partnership with TAUNY. Mary Jane has previously taught several courses for SOAR.
Mary Jane is a retired CPA with an MA from McGill University in history.
