Born in Canada, Fay MacDonald resides permanently in Canont, and in the winter in Oaxaca, Mexico. Fay loves to travel and her most recent long trip took her to Spoain where she got in 30 days of practicing her Spanish - perfecting a different accent.

Fay retired in 1994 from her work for St. Lawrence County. She has also worked for Habitat for Humanity.
