What grows well in our North Country summers and lasts all winter? Carrots and other root vegetables! In this class we'll dive into the carrot, learning about it's history, cultivation and tasty ways to prepare it, including raw, cooked and fermented. This is a live online demonstration and class participants will see the dishes being made and get the recipes to enjoy in their own kitchens.
