50+ Yoga [S-12-26]

This is a yoga course designed for people in mid-life who are in reasonably good health. It is a moderately energetic flowing sequence aiming to stretch and exercise the whole body. Flexibility is not required to achieve a great benefit. Beginners are welcome.
Ellen Beeler has been practicing yoga for about 12 years, and she has been teaching yoga as a retirement career since 2007. As she testifies: “Yoga has helped me become a happier, healthier and more balanced person in every respect.”
NOTE: Wear comfortable exercise clothing; bring a yoga mat, a small towel or blanket, and a bottle of water.
