Dr. Amber Stephenson is an Associate Professor in the David D. Reh School of Business at Clarkson University. Her research areas include identification, or the propensity of an individual to define the self in terms of an organization, profession, or brand as well as how women leaders experience gender bias. She presently has more than 20 peer-reviewed journal publications and has presented her research nationally and internationally. Most recently, she was invited to present for the US Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program and the launch of the University College London's Global Business School for Health - both on topics of gender equity.
