Derek C. Maus is Professor of English and Interdisciplinary Studies at SUNY Potsdam where he as worked since 2001. He teaches mostly courses in contemporary literature, particularly fiction written since the turn of the millenium. He has published twelve books and has three more on the way. He is also the legal executor of Maurice Kenny’s literary estate and edited Kenny’s posthumously published memoir Angry Rain (SUNY Press, 2018).
