Poojitha Yapa was born, raised and educated (through his bachelor’s degree) in Sri Lanka. He completed his M. Eng. in Thailand and his PhD at Clarkson. He has traveled extensively in the world, and has lived for long periods in several countries, including the US, in Potsdam. Poojitha teaches civil and environmental engineering at Clarkson University.
