Kathleen Wallace is a retired teacher and lifelong gardener. She is a dahlia enthusiast whose interest is in finding and breeding dahlia varieties that thrive here in the North Country. She is the proprietor of North Country Blooms where she grows and sells dahlia tubers as well as other perennials and annuals that are, just like she is, "happy to be here."
