Sara Trimm grew up in a farming community in the Midwest and has been gardening in Colton New York for more than 20 years now. She is a Master Gardener and enjoys learning all things, reading, and spending time in nature. She finds joy experimenting with garden plants and growing new things. She has had a lifelong interest in nutrition and wellness and recently began studying more natural healing methods.
