Kevin Wells has 32 years of law enforcement experience. In the last 16 years, he has been engaged in law enforcement management. Kevin received his Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Utica-Rome, and his Associates Degree from SUNY Canton. In both cases, the emphasis of his study was criminal justice.
