Ken Kogut retired from the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation after a 33 year career focusing on the management of Adirondack fish and wildlife resources and protection of their habitats. As Senior Wildlife Biologist and then Regional Wildlife Manager for the Adirondacks, Ken directly participated in, and managed, the restoration efforts under discussion in his Fall 2016 presentation.
