DESCRIPTION / DIRECTIONS: Newell Veterinarian Center is a modern building located on the same drive way as the student union. The building houses first-rate clinic and teaching facilities, including conference, reception and study areas. Also included are kennels for dogs, cats, rabbits and mice, an x-ray room, surgury facilities, labs and classrooms, such as the comfortable "smart" classroom 109. From downtown Canton head (on Hwy 68) towards Ogdensburg. At the last stop light, turn right in the SUNY Canton campus. at the top of the hill, veer right at the V onto the frontage/service road (Cornell Drive). Turn left into the third driveway. Newell Veterinarin Center will be straight ahead (on the right, close to the driveway), just past a big parking lot (lot #1) on the right.

PARKING: Park in the big parking lot  #1 (i.e. "P1") (view map of P1 layout)  close to the frontage road.  II there is no room lot # 7 (i.e. "P7") (view map of P7 layout) at the top of the hill (bear left at the V to reach this lot) and walk back down to Newell. BE SURE AND HANG YOUR SUNY POTSDAM PARKING PERMIT FROM YOUR REVIEW MIRROR - IF YOU DON'T, YOU MAY GET A PARKING TICKET!
