This class includes basic Chinese warmups both standing and sitting down, Tai Chi meditation and introduction to the Yang 24 movement short form. Concerns of seniors will be addressed including balance, leg strength, endurance, relaxing and taking it easy on the joints, and learning how to relax.

Special Instructions: Participants should wear loose fitting clothing, soft shoes and socks and bring a water bottle. Beginning students may not register for "Continuing Tai-Chi and Qigong" unless the instructor allows it.
