This course is the second half of the short form Tai-Chi. It includes simple centering and breathing exercises, followed by a “Resting” meditation before we begin the primary focus of this class – learning the Yang 24 movement short form.

Pam March is a certified Tai Chi instructor from the Boston Institute of Kung Fu and Tai Chi. In Fall 2010, Pam received the Leon LeBeau SOARing Educator award in honor of the exceptional and long-lasting impact she has had on the well-being of SOAR members.

NOTES:

  1. Wear loose fitting clothing, soft shoes or socks, and bring a water bottle. 
  2. The prerequisite for this course is Beginning Tai-Chi and Qigong.
