Energy Course [S-20-21]

This class will offer a PowerPoint presentation on recognizing patterns of function and destruction in life and career. Through “Peak Edge Performance,” Ms. Kelly originally designed the “Energy” presentation for Entertainment’s Disney on Ice for professional performers to educate them on the patterns that either create function or dysfunction in one’s life and career. This program was presented in cities around this country and around the world.

Karen Courtland Kelly is an Olympic and World Competitor in Figure Skating. She has performed professionally on stage and on ice in Radio City Music Hall’s Christmas Spectacular and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, among other productions.  Karen is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada. She also holds an M.A. degree from Concordia University and a B.A. from Bishop’s University.
