With 38 million members, AARP is the largest non-partisan, volunteer and advocacy organization for senior citizens in the United States. In 2030, one in five people will be 60 or older. In 2035 there will be more adults age 65 and over than those under the age of 18.
Vicki Clark urges us to advocate for ourselves to protect Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid! Upon retirement, Vicki searched for her next involvement and felt compelled to continue her advocacy work. The 42-year-old local chapter of AARP became the best fit for her!
