Ever wonder how royalty dines? Join the instructor for lunch and find out the following: the proper way to enter a room; the proper handshake and eye contact; the continental style of dining; the silent service code and much more.
Christine Lancaster graduated from the Protocol School of Washington, DC where she studied etiquette under the authority of Dorothea Johnson. A number of organizations use Christine’s services to help individuals address business etiquette and fine dining skills.
DETAILS OF THE LUNCH:
The lunch for the this presentation is in Thatcher Hall Dining Room - second floor. Thatcher is one building down towards Pierrepont Ave, from Barrington Student Union, where we have our end-of-semester SOAR luncheons. (View the location using the link above).
The best parking lots are: lot 20 or lot 22 (i.e. near Van Housen Extension where the SOAR office is located). Walk down Watertown DRive to Barrington DRive. Turn right when you get there. You have arrived at Thatcher!

1) Cost for your meal: $20/person - pay at the venue (Checks preferred). Please come a little early to check in and claim your spot.
2) Please contact the SOAR office immediately if you have any dieteary restrictions.
