Participants will be taught how to use acupressure on themselves to treat a variety of health issues. Class interest will influence which issues are treated.
Joe DiGiovanna currently holds the position of Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at SUNY Potsdam. He has been interested in holistic health for many years. Joe has taught Yoga at SUNY Potsdam for several decades. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and acupressure is one of his specialties. He has taught courses on acupressure for CLEAR (Center for Lifelong Education and Recreation).
