This course is a survey of a wide variety of self-help techniques including imagery, self-hypnosis, movement, focusing, and developing a philosophy of stress-free living. You will learn about the “negativity bias” and how anxiety has had an evolutionary advantage. This course is both lecture and experiential. We all experience stress, and it’s good to have the tools in place for when we need them.
