The presenter will share her experience of writing a novel, choosing a publishing method, and accomplishing the steps involved in publishing an E-book. She will demonstrate and discuss publishing through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing and SmashWords.
Maggie Hockett grew up on a dairy farm in Edwards; she moved to California, where she worked as a teacher, an instructional designer, and a writer and editor for educational publishers. She has recently published a novel, Taking Hart, and is working on the sequel, Taking the Gold.
