This course addresses basic fitness recommendations for seniors. It will also give you an orientation to the Shane T. Shaul Fitness Center. Each participant will receive a basic appropriate workout to get started on his/her individual fitness routine.
Jim Murray is a retired licensed clinical social worker. He is certified as a fitness trainer through World Instructor Training Schools.
NOTE: Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers; class starts each day in the Dance Studio and then moves to the Fitness Center.
