It is a program for all levels of fitness and all ages. Come to this class to learn how to change your life and regain your mobility.
Donna Wright is a retired detective sergeant from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. She has spent 20 years studying Edgar Cayce philosophies and teachings.
Pam March teaches two levels of Tai-Chi for SOAR.
