This presentation will cover the importance of digestive health as we age. We will examine the role of digestive health in strengthening the immune system and preventing disease. You will be given easy, practical suggestions that can greatly improve your quality of life.

Martha Pickard Palmer is a certified nutrition specialist (CNS) through the American College of Nutrition. She has a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Martha has a private nutrition practice, “Nourished Roots – Functional Nutrition,” and she also is on the faculty of Hawthorn University.
