This course is intended for students who already have familiarity with Tai Chi & Qigong. The course includes Qigong forms, traditional Chinese warmup exercises, Tai Chi meditation, movement phrases from the short form, and the eight method and five steps form.
Pam March is a certified Tai-Chi instructor from the Boston Institute of Kung Fu and Tai-Chi. In fall 2010, Pam received the Leon LeBeau SOARing Educator Award in honor of the exceptional and long-lasting impact she has had on the well-being of SOAR members.
Participants should wear loose fitting clothing, soft shoes and socks and bring a water bottle.
