This class discussion will focus on the study of positive psychology and how it can help seniors to experience optimal functioning in their lives.

Jennifer Waite has taught human services and addiction courses at Mater Dei College, Clinton Community College, Cazenovia College and now as an Assistant Professor in the Applied Psychology Program at SUNY Canton. She creates her own positive psychology by learning new skills working on her home by the Raquette River, and taking part in the Elks bowling and golf leagues.
