Brenda Francey has been playing Mah Jongg since 1986. She is a retired teacher from the Ogdensburg school system. Kay Russell has been playing Mah Jongg since 1970, and is a retired Children’s Services Supervisor from the Department of Social Services. At the spring 2017 luncheon, they were honored and both received a Super SOARer Award.
