We’ll look at a variety of songs from composers ranging from Cole Porter, Harold Arlen, and Irving Berlin to Bernstein, Lennon/McCartney, and Sondheim.

David Heuser is a composer of over 70 works, and he has been teaching composition and music theory for 20 years. He holds degrees from the Eastman School of Music and the Indiana University School of Music. He has served as the Associate Dean at The Crane School of Music since 2011.
