Making your own fishing lures is a great way to have fun, save money, extend your fishing season, and catch more fish. This class is also a way to meet other anglers, swap lies, and share dreams of the next trip while making four types of popular fishing lures. We will be making at least two lures in each session. Spinnerbaits, trolling spoons, worm harnesses and “Mepps” type inline spinners are easy to make, and they are some of the most effective fishing lures ever designed. After a career in education,

Dave Crosby rediscovered his passion for fishing. Rod making is fun, but lure making is much more affordable. Dave is looking forward to swapping stories while helping participants add to their tackle boxes.

NOTES: 1) There is a $5 class fee for materials to make at least 4 lures; 2) Bring small round-end or needle-nose pliers, if you have them.
