Monique Tirion, PhD physics, has taught and conducted research at the border of physics and biology at Clarkson University and abroad. She became interested in meditation as a way to more fully engage in work and hobbies. Monique hosts weekly 1-hour meditation sessions, as well as monthly 3-hour meditation retreats, in coordination with SUNY Potsdam’s counseling center.
