Beginning Tai-Chi [F-11-10]

The course includes basic Qi Gong, simple Chinese warm-ups (both standing and sitting), Tai-Chi meditation, and an introduction to the Yang 24 movement short form. Concerns of seniors are addressed through work on balance, leg strength, endurance, taking it easy on the joints, and learning how to relax.
Pam March is a certified Tai-Chi instructor from the Boston Institute of Kung Fu and Tai-Chi.
NOTES: 1) Beginning students may NOT register for Continuing Tai-Chi unless instructor allows it, 2) wear loose clothing, soft shoes or socks.
