Learn how to use poems and other materials to facilitate your own writing and personal development. Then write about your own experiences in journal entries, personal essays and/or poems. No previous writing experience is needed.
Victoria Levitt is a Certified Applied Poetry Facilitator, credentialed through the Federation for Poetry Therapy. She is also a Certified Instructor for the Journal to the Self program, having received her credentials from the Center for Journal Therapy. She teaches in the Department of English and Communication at SUNY Potsdam.
NOTE: Bring a notebook or journal (or laptop computer, if you prefer) to class.
