American Kang Duk Won Karate has been taught to North Country students from the ages of 5-75+ since 1969. Lessons are educational, respectful, and practical in addressing the many important topics of safety and awareness. By doing a series of basic exercises, participants gain an understanding of how to improve their own mental and physical wellness.
