Are you prepared for an emergency? This review of basic fi rst aid steps and CPR should help you feel more comfortable in taking action if an emergency situation arises.
Sheila Cerwonka is a former level II EMT rescue squad member. She is a former basic EMT Instructor and also a former Heart Association CPR instructor. Currently Sheila is an instructor for the Red Cross, teaching fi rst aid and CPR, as well as water safety and lifeguarding. She trains other instructors to teach First Aid and CPR.
