Commitment, vision, multitasking, team player extraordinaire, our Carol McRobbie has it all. As a member of the SOAR Board of Directors, Carol has taken on a plethora of committee responsibilities. Even before joining the Board in 2016, she worked with Byron Whitney on the Registration Committee, of which she is now Chair. This Committee enrolls all the members for the Spring and Fall semesters each year.

Carol joined the Board in 2016 and is also currently active on the Curriculum Committee, the Membership Committee, and the Publications Committee. Along with Lyn Swafford, Carol also is integral to the Bylaws and the Policies & Procedures process, which is constantly evolving and so challenging. Carol effortlessly coordinates all these tasks with purpose, focus, and grace, and is a joy to work with in her guidance and ambience of teamwork and good nature.

Carol is highly esteemed by her colleagues on the Board and by the SOAR membership at large. A retired Science teacher of 34 years, she furthers the goals and mission of SOAR by helping to ensure that a variety of courses are offered for the members' enlightenment and enjoyment.

We cannot thank Carol enough for EVERYTHING she has contributed, and continues to contribute, to the SOAR program year after year.
