DESCRIPTION / DIRECTIONS: Lawrence Avenue School is located on Lawrence Avenue (AKA HYW 11). Coming from downtown Potsdam on Elm St., at the crooked stoplight corner with Leroy St. off to the left, you want NOT to turn left onto Leroy, but to angle left, keeping the Presbyterian Church immediately on your right. Lawrence Avenue School will be on the left on the edge of town, across the road from the new "Urgent Care" and medical facility (i.e. the former St. Mary's School). Just past the school sign, turn left into the looped driveway leading to parking (on the left) and the school on the right. Enter at the main entrance (near the playground) and look for a sign (or person) directing you to the library.

PARKING: Park in any place available on the curved driveway lot.

ACCESSIBILITY: The school is handicapped accessible.
