DESCRIPTION / DIRECTIONS: Carenegie 112 is a "smart" classroom on the first floor of Carnegie Hall. The building is to the left of the Chapel, if you are standing on the quad and looking west. Once in the building take the half-staircase (or elevator) up to the first floor. The room is the on the right.

Parking: Park in Lot J, just beyond the science buildings at the edge of campus (and across from the sports buildings). Enter J Lot from Park St., just beyond Bewkes Hall. (NOTE: If you miss this entrance, just continue to the service drive entrance and turn left, and immediately left again into the far end of Lot "J". Do not park in the spots nearest the buidlings marked for "faculty /staff" or "visitor." To avoid a parking ticket, hang you SUNY Potsdam pass on your rearview mirror. If you do not have a parking pass, you can ark behind the sports buildings aross the street from "J" lot. This lot is not monitored, and it also is a bit higher up on the hill...and is more level for walking.
GETTING TO THE CLASSROOM: Walk to the center of campus up Park St. Cross the street at the bookstore (if you came from the sports buildings). Walk up to towards the huge Sullivan Student Center. Turn left, passing by Sykes Hall (dining, student housing), passing next by a set-back small classroom building (Hepburn Hall). The next building is Carnegie (the chapel is beyond that). Once inside Carnegie, walk up a half-flight of stairs (or take the elevator). Room 112 is on the right.
ACCESSIBILITY: Carnegie is handicap accessible. However, adequate parking is not nearby. It's best to drop off handicap people at the corner Richardson Hall - the building on the other side of the chapel - near the corner of this inner road. If you drive into the main entrance (from HWY 11), you wull pass a large lot on the right - which has about 6 or more handicap parking spots. SOAR can also park in this lot. At the top of the road you can drop off your passengers, on a level spot.
