Summer Trip on the St. Lawrence River

Enjoy a narrated two-nation luncheon cruise on the St. Lawrence River with a stop at Boldt Castle for a self-guided tour. NO PASSPORT - NO VISA NEEDED!

WHEN: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13, 2012

TRIP COST: $37.50 (member or guest) - checks should be made out to "PACES 235" (Only a few days left before the due date - hand deliver on Friday morning or Monday morning.)

PAYMENT DUE (on or before): Monday, June 4, 2012

SCHEDULE

12:00 pm - Members and guests should plan their driving time so that they arrive no later than 12:00 noon (Free parking is available near the Uncle Sam boat dock, located at the end of James Street in Alexandria Bay.)  PICK UP YOUR TICKETS FROM OTIS VAN HORNE (he'll be standing near the ticket booth on the dock)

12:30 pm  - Board the boat at the Uncle Sam boat dock. Feast on a hearty buffet luncheon (complete with hot and cold items, dessert and beverage) while cruising along the St. Lawrence, enjoy a narrated tour of the the river and the Canadian and American shorelines.

2:45 (approximately) - Dock at Heart Island and disembark to explore the island and Boldt Castle on your own.

Choose your own departure time.  A shuttle leaves Heart Island for the mainland every half-hour, at 10 minutes and 40 minutes past the hour.
