Fall 2013 Meet-the-Chef: Sergi's Restaurant - Potsdam

MEET-THE-CHEF: a member of the Sergi family will talk to us about their family-run business, in operation since 1967. Hear about what it takes to rebuild your restaurant when the roof of you building gets torn off (in a sever rain and wind storm in 2012)

WHERE: Sergi's Restaurant (in Potsdam at 10 Market Street)

COST: $22 (member or guest)

PAYMENT DUE: (on or before) Monday Octerber 14, 2013

LOCATION: Sergi's is in one of the main blocks of older buildings on Market St. in downtown Potsdam. The restaurant has a rear entrance that is accessible from the municipal parking lot behind the building (entrance off of Elm St.).  There are two entrances to their establishment You can enter either one. Our dinner will be served in the banquet hall.

MENU: Choose your entrée:
1. Prime Rib au jus
2. Chicken Marsala
3. Manicotti

ALL DINNERS INCLUDE: Miniestrone Soup or Garden Salad, Dinner Rolls, Dessert Choice (Cannoli or Tiramisu), coffee or tea.
