Fall 2013 Luncheon

NOTE: you may also call in your reservation (SOAR office: 267-2690) and pay at the door.
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION: please do so by calling the SOAR office at least a week prior to the luncheon. (Please keep in mind that if you don't cancel your reservation, or don't show up at the luncheon, SOAR is still charged for your meal!)

Once again this event will be in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Barrington Student Union at SUNY Potsdam. If you are coming in the front/main door: the Multi-Purpose Room is on the second floor in the back left corner; restrooms are in the right corridor, and the elevator is just beyond the mens room.)

DATE: Wednesday, November 20, 11:30-2:00 (buffet opens at noon; enjoy the displays and the music provided by the "New Horizons Band of Northern New York.")

MENU: Chicken Chardonnay, Chef's Choice of Vegetables, Roasted New Potatoes (with fresh herbs), along with rolls, mixed greens salad, dessert (strawberry cream cake, or chocolate tiger cake), and coffee or tea. NOTE: Vegan Entree available by request. Call the SOAR office - 267-2690 - by reservation due date: Friday, Nov.8)

PRICE: $17 (member or member guest)

SHUTTLE: RESERVATIONS: DUE BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2013 Van shuttle service is offered from PARKING LOT #31.  Coming from downtown Potsdam on Pierrepont Ave., turn left into campus onto Gouverneur Drive (just past the last block of buildings), then turn right onto Watertown Drive; the big lot #31 is straight ahead after that.
