ABOUT: Enjoy a good meal out at one of our unique North Country restaurants. Sabad's was established in 1955. The former owners, Shine an dBeverly Sabad, operated this place ntil about 13 years ago. Some of the Sabads' Hungarian specialities (such as the noodles an dvabbage rolls) are still served up by the current owner/chef.

WHERE: 81 W. Main St. (CR 38), Norfolk, NY 13667 (PHONE: 384-8995)
DIRECTIONS: From Potsdam, take Route 56 orth to Norfolk. Turn left (just before the bridge) onto Main St. (CR 38). The restaurant is about a mile down on the left, just as you leave town at the far end.

WHEN: Wednesday, September 28, 2011 (sign up and send payment by: Monday, September 19)

TIME: Serving at 1:00pm

COST: $25 (tax and tip included) for member or guest

MENU:

1. Penne Primavera - fresh vegetables sauteed in a pink sauce and served with penne.
2. Prime Rib 
3. Tony's Chicken - breast of chicken with spinach, sundried tomatoes, parmesan, mozzarella, and fresh tomato in a pink sauce
4. Seafood Luigi - shrimp, scallops and calamari, roasted red peppers and broccoli over pasta in a white wine sauce.

ALL DINNERS INCLUDE: relish tray; garlic bread; side of baked potato, pasta, or French fries; soda, coffee or tea; and dessert
