This class will build on the activities presented in the first session with additional attention for the eyes, the breath, as well as any specific interests of the participants.

Beth Robinson is a certified Alexander Technique Teacher. She received her training at the Montreal School of the Alexander Technique. A member of the American Society for the Alexander Technique (AmSAT), and Chair of the Committee for Alexander Technique in the Performing Arts, Beth has worked individually with musicians, actors, dancers and athletes, and pregnant women. She also taught the Alexander Technique in the Theater and Dance Department at SUNY Potsdam for seventeen years.
