Muscle plays an important role in health and wellbeing. This session will cover all "matters" of muscle as it relates to overall body function. Participants will engage with SUNY Canton PTA faculty and students to learn why muscle "matters" and how resistance exercise can play an integral role in living better longer.

Dr. Deborah Molnar and Dr. Jennifer McDonald are both Physical Therapists with over 30 years of experience. They are faculty members in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at SUNY Canton. Both have a special interest in educating others about the benefits of positive lifestyle habits. 

Special Instructions:

1. There will be some active components to the session, so please wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear.
