This course is a teaching presentation on how the movement and breath work of simple yoga postures support toning the nervous system and creating resilience in perception and response to stress.

Special Instructions:
1. Students can bring a yoga mat IF they are not going to practice in a chair. But not required. We can be very flexible and creative!
