We will explore the rules of evidence by which federal and state courts determine what evidence is admissible at a criminal trial.

Charles Robinson is a former lawyer. After practicing law for twenty-five years, he became a university professor teaching criminal justice and criminology courses in seated, online, and hybrid settings. As a veteran, he is a former U.S. Marine Corps captain.
