In this course we will walk through the machines and resources in fitness center in Maxcy Hall. Ashley has been offering this course for a few semesters now and loves it! There has been a great turnout and she loves seeing familiar faces come into the fitness center daily with confidence!
Ashley Keenan has been the Fitness Center Director at SUNY Potsdam since 2016. She has worked with a variety of populations and this is her favorite!
