This course will review major geologic features found in selected National Parks (tentatively Acadia, Joshua Tree, Sequoia Kings-Canyon, and North Cascades) as well as environmental and ecological threats facing parkland today.
Dr. Brian Carl worked as a geologist in both the environmental and oil industries, as well as in academia in the US and overseas. He has personally visited about half the parks and loves to share pictures and stories of his adventures within them.
Special Instructions:
