"Become Energy Wise" is a series of three workshops to address the most frequent energy needs and concerns of homeowners and tenants. "Save Energy/Save Dollars", a broad-based overview of DIY opportunities, resources, and programs (no- and low-cost), that can increase your home's energy efficiency, reduce your fuel consumption, and help to reduce utility costs. "From There to Here - An Electron's Journey", a look at the electricity generation and delivery to better understand the grid. "Bring Your Bills & Stump the Energy Educator & Advisor with your Questions", an examination of your heating and electricity bills.
Nick Hamilton-Honey is the Coordinator of the Energy Navigator Volunteer program. Nick and the Energy Navigators can do preliminary home energy walkthroughs to give you DIY measures or tips and tricks to save money and energy.
Louise Jensen is the Energy Advisor for St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties. She can help you connect to energy efficiency programs including getting a home energy audit, walk you through the application process for taking advantage of energy incentives, and help you to save money and energy.
